Store does not honor refund policy
This store and operation is a sham. They still list physical locations on their website that no longer exist. The store clerk who sold me all of this jewelry said they had a policy that would accept and replace damaged items; never, ever happened. Contacted local store - phone disconnected. Contacted headquarters - never responded. Forever Crystals is a sham!
