Forever 21 - Newport News, Virginia 23602 - Patrick Henry Mall

I bought jackets online, I received them too small so I called the closest forever21 location to me the Patrick Henry Mall in VI and spoke with woman asked if I could get an exchange done for correct sizes, she said yes. I drove 65 miles to the store, went to the register she didn't even acknowledge me. After I told her what I was there for and I picked the items for exchange i was told i can't because the prices online is different from in store

They don’t even deserved my 1 star rating! I am a long time customer of forever 21 but not until yesterday!!! That would be my last time buying from them!!! I had a very very horrible experience from this store in Patrick Henry mall(Va)!!! I was HARASSED!!! Yesterday I went there to buy clothes. I picked like 8-9 clothes to try on. As I was going to the fitting room, I don’t see any attendant so I just went inside. I had with me my purse and a plastic bag- full of clothes/things I purchased from Macy’s and Aeropostale. I’ve been there last week too bought some clothes and the same no attendant in the fitting room area where they should be assisting customers and tell people the limit on how many clothes they can bring inside and if they can/allowed to bring other stuff. There was couple of people in the fitting room area too. I’ve been to a lot of fitting rooms and the one in forever 21, they don’t have enough handle where u can hang the clothes. I put my plastic bag in the floor coz I don’t want them to get mix with the clothes I’ve been trying. In the middle of my fitting, I heard an employee outside calling/talking to somebody on the Walkie talkie (I’m not sure how u called it), did not pay much attention about it though coz I was busy fitting. As soon I was done, I got out and I was surprised and shocked outside a POLICE waiting together with 3 employees. I asked if something wrong. The officer told me that they’re doing an investigation!!! I was terrified, shocked and asked about what. Somebody reported ( an employee obviously) that I stole some clothes!!!! Told them I was just there trying clothes and I even separate the ones I’m getting. I did not stole anything!!!! They looked inside my plastic bag and of course they DID NOT FIND ANYTHING that belongs to them.. FYI I even have all the receipts inside the bag to confirm I did not took anything- they were all silent. I did not talked or argue with them that much. I walked away. I was just shocked and embarrassed. I just wished I fight back and did not allow them to do that to me. I was harassed or may I say I was racial profiling because I’m Asian. After the incident my husband called the store angry but the manager answered was even rude and telling my husband no right to disrespect somebody. really??!?! Who’s disrespecting?! U Humiliate me, harassed me without any proof . They even invent stories and told my husband they saw me taking off the security lock on the clothes. Who the fuck would believed that?! I’m no stupid. Everybody knows that thing will only be taken off with a special thing used in the cashier area. Plus everybody knows that u have alarm in the entrance and exit when somebody stole something from them. My husband is doing all he can talked to somebody in the corporate already and promised to take actions. WHAT YOU DID WAS TRAUMATIZING TO ANYBODY YOU FALSELY ACCUSED!!!!! I had anxiety and now it get worse.
