I scheduled an appointment for today at 3:30 pm with Princess and when I arrived they told I did not have one. I have a broken leg and I told them that my husband and myself both looked at the schedule and this was the date that worked out best because I can't drive. The receptionist could not fix the problem and she called on another young African American female to assist. I explained that I made the appointment for today and she stated that it happens ALL THE TIME; the computer makes mistakes. I came back and said ok I can reschedule but I am not going to pay more than the $85.00 already due. She apparently got on the phone with a male manager who said no. This is the 4th issue with management I've have had and never made a big deal ...but YOU tell me that your system makes mistakes and you will not honor the $85.00 because we now will be going into the 4th week is wrong. I've kept my appointments and they have cancelled on me at the last minute. I had another tech tell me my lashes were half gone ... when I actually heard her say she was going home no matter what. This place is so disappointing ... management would rather lose their customers than give customer service to their loyal ones.

I came Saturday for the first time to get eyelash extensions. My lashes was done by Jasmine and she did an fantastic job. They are really full and dark...Im in love
