Bad Customer Service
The personnel are unapproachable, unhelpful, and shows no interest in unaccommodating customers' needs. I am 88 years old and just had a leg amputated. Yesterday (14 SEP 2022), I tried to make a car loan payment through various ways at the bank with negative results. Worst bank ever.
