Where do I even start with the mess of the store. They accused me of wearing a shoe that’s never been worn...why would I wear shoes that are too big for me? That’s just plain uncomfortable! I sent the shoes back through the mail, and isn’t it funny that they gave me a REFUND. Then I called the store back to let them know that they accepted my return online, that the customer service I received in store was not that kind, and that they need to stop accusing people of wearing a shoe when it’s clearly in perfect shape. If there is a reason why they can’t take back a shoe besides the shoe being “worn” COMMUNICATE THAT WITH THE CUSTOMER. The manager of this finish line “Tom” HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Y’all, I’ve never experienced someone in customer service just hang up in my face!!! Just because you can’t handle someone calling you out for your lack of customer service and communication towards your customer doesn’t mean you hang up the phone WHILE the customer is talking. I’m taking this to a higher level because my appreciation for finish line is non-existent anymore. I am just dumbfounded.
