If i could give zero I would, not helpful at all. Treated me based on color of my skin. I couldnt get any help at all for 30 minutes. Asked for shoes to try on and then they were rude telling me i may not be able to afford them. Once i advised my dad was a top Spine surgeon in Dallas and i was interested in buying 7 pair of shoes for my bday, they acted right. At that point i left and purchased from Foot Locker.

I would never shop here.

Very disappointing to hear of the racist employees calling the police to detain a black man and his friend for supposedly stealing. The video shows an employee checking and confirming that they had indeed purchased everything in their bags. I didn't see the employee apologizing or anything, and the victim of the accusation was a gentleman throughout. Sad that Finish Line employees racially profile black people. I will never shop there!

Refused to refund me for shoes stating they were worn. Only time shoes were on the feet was in store at time of purchase to try on. I brought them in the original packaging within the alotted time for a return. Cashier who was Brad argued with me stating that they were worn and couldn't be resold. Nothing like calling an "ex-loyal" consumer a liar to his face. I will never purchase from this store or this company again . I used to do all my purchases at finishline because of the rewards but now I'll never shop at finishline again. This place will take forever go help you get shoes then call you a liar when you try to return shoes.
