Horrible customer service. I made an appointment the first time for 5pm on a Friday. When I arrived it was 4:45pm they were closed so I called back Tuesday morning and mad an appointment go 5:30pm when I ride the nail technician I have scheduled the appointment with was not there was there anyone else who could do my nails and they told me to pick a color and sit down. Hitman walk in about 10 minutes after I did and they set him right in a chair and started his pedicure. I said, I've been sitting here for the past 10 minutes and he walks in and he start his pedicuredoes he have an appointment?" They Completely ignored me. I will not spend my money anywhere where I feel like I have to beg. They barely spoke to me and it was horrible I had driven all the way across town to get there twice. Please do not waste your money or your time going to these people they are horrible.
