Fairfax Custom Tailor - Fairfax, Virginia VA 22033 - Fair Oaks Mall

Brought a communion dress to be altered and they were very helpful. The dress was pinned and ready to go looked like it was going to fit nicely. The price was high but trusted the outcome of dress. Upon picking dress up and trying on child the dress was not fitting correctly. It needed to have a little more work done that I thought was the way it was to be when complete. They said they did not include this and for more money would do it. I explained I thought it was to be done in beginning but they just did not care wanted more money to do. They did not seem to care about my concerns and let me leave as a very unhappy costumer. I now have to find someone to finish the dress the way it should have been!!! I would not recommend nor will I use again . I felt they should have completed the dress because it was a miscommunication on both ends and customer should be happy and leave with a smile Hope this helps to make sure all details are understood about the work being done ?
