I bought back in July 2019. Guy told me they would fix anything or replace.. Well I need 2 out of the 3 I bought replaced. Went there in September GONE! Mall personnel didn’t know where they went!!! ?
Super Long
Longest cord I have ever seen. I love it so far.
Bought 1 Cable No Problems
10ft LONG. Had to have 1. Would have given 5 stars but they didn't have my color. Overall no problems and service was pretty good.
6 cords - 6 not working!!!
If I could give no stars I would. Purchased 3 10foot iPhone charger cables and NOT one of them worked. Either got error messages when plugged in, or they just wouldn’t connect or if they did connect they would stop charging within 5-10 minutes. Took them back and said sorry no refunds-but heres 3 new ones. Guess what - none of them worked either. Brought these back to the kiosk AGAIN, nope on the refund and did I want some new ones? REALLY - no I don’t want 3 more nonworking cords that I will have to either bring back or figure out how to recycle.
Just a bad business, bad customer service.

Buyer Beware
Bought 2 10’ cords at the mall of America kiosk. One didn’t even last a week. I’m 2 hours away so now I’m screwed.
Junk
Bought two 10 foot power cords and they broke the next day but unfortunately I was already in another state continuing my travels and could not get a refund. Don't buy! Very poor quality.
