Eyebrow Designer 21 - Woodbridge, Virginia VA 22192 - Potomac Mills

I just left from getting my eyebrows threaded and my usually lady wasn't visible so the owner threaded my eyebrows. I was skeptical because when I explained I wanted my eyebrows sharp she looked dismissive. After she showed me in the mirror I again explained sharp because they were not she then tried to fix it and instead left a gap in my eyebrow. I then explained that my eyebrow has a gap and it didn't before she literally and immediately started yelling, so much so that people outside the store looked in. She over talked me and then began insulting me and called me a "stupid lady" . I even showed her a picture of my eyebrows normally and she just didn't care. That just isn't the best way to provide customer service or retain them. I drive from DC to this store because I had found a threader that groomed my eyebrows perfectly she wasn't available so I thought the same service and expertise would be inherent in the "owner". I never write theses reviews but I am so insulted by her character, ethics, and how unprofessionally she was I had to share my experience. Needless to say I will not be back.
