HORRIBLE. DO NOT buy a hair straightener from this kiosk. It is a ripoff -- the straighter they use during the demo is not the hair straightener they sell you. I just wasted $150 on a piece of junk that snags my hair. My 2 year old straightener works better than this straighter right out of the box. Zero stars. I don't know why the mall allows businesses like this in their facility.
