Europe Nails & Spa - Homestead, Pennsylvania 15120 - The Waterfront Pittsburgh

I honestly called hours before to make an appointment, and they said no problem. I drove the whole way to the salon.. and the ignorant man working closest to the couch doesn’t even address me and spouts out, we’re busy, you go home no one can do. I said I called on my way and even asked if me being 10 minutes late was okay and they assured me yes and rushed me off the phone, only to arrive and have no one even acknowledge I was in the store

Very unwelcoming environment. The "hostess" is rude and looked at me with disgust. The nail tech talk about me and my granddaughter in front of us and I called him out on his shit! They think because I don't speak their language I don't know I'm being talked about. I will not spend my hard earned money anywhere I am not respected. And we black people spend money in that unwelcoming and hostile setting. I'm not going there again!!

I live in the suburbs of Atlanta, and I have never been treated so cold in all my experiences. African Americans in Pittsburgh need to learn how NOT to support businesses that do not respect them. I am planning to stop through on my next visit this week. I will continue to give you horrible reviews until I see a change in your customer service toward people of color.

My nails look horrible. The nail tech refused to soak off my dip powder. He let my nails soak for a few minutes and kept trying to pick and drill it off. He took a hunk out of my natural nail to the skin. Get off of your phones and iPads and pay attention to what you are doing. The best part was when he poured the acetone he used on me into the original bottle. Disgusting. This place looks clean and nice, but that is all.
