Epris - Medford, Oregon 97501 - Rogue Valley Mall

May 28 2022 I was looking for a few dresses and I was able to only try 1 of the dresses on. When I tried to fit another one she said “your to big for this, you’ll rip it im not sorry” June 1 I go again because I needed a dress I go up to the counter she’s like “this is the last time you come in my store and last time you’ll use the fitting rooms” very rude. Very wrong to say to a child. GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! I didn’t add all details:/

The older lady working the cash register is extremely rude. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a retail store. I do not recommend them at all.

My rant for the day I went to a store in the mall it is called Epris to return a shirt that I had purchased the owner said there are no cash back returns you can only get a credit. It said nothing like that on the receipt that I had but she said that is her policy. a teenage girl and her mother came in the store to look for a homecoming dress while I was standing at the counter and the girl who was heavy asked if she would have something in her size for her homecoming dress the owner of the store proceeded to say no we don't have your size it's too big! I told both the mother and the daughter that they do have plus size homecoming dresses because I had walked right by them and showed them where they were let it be known I will never shop at that store again and for me ever to see a shop owner fat shame a teenage girl like that just makes me sick!!!!!!??
