This place is a scam! I’m amazed they’re allowed to operate! After a very aggressive salesman put product on my arm without permission I tried to politely decline but they practically block you &start offering “free” products & a facial. After rattling off prices it sounded like I would be paying for one product and get the others for free.they charged me $340 !! I immediately tried to return it but they said they have a no return policy!

I just spoke to someone from D’OR 24k and they told me that they only sell online. That the products sold in these stores is a fake. That’s why my face is breaking out in a rash. I was told that it was the real DOr and that my face wouldn’t break out. It is a lie. My face is swollen and red. I can’t use the products. So I just lost 200 dollars. Don’t trust them when they say it’s the real product. They are lying and the products cause a reaction

Worst experience. I went in and bought items. They also had their skin specialist do a face cleaning with red light. I woke up with my face dry with red patches and it hurts. I went in to return items and the manager said they can’t. That I have to wait for customer service to call me in 24 hours. They didn’t give me any number or refund. He put my number in his personal phone. I kept asking for a corporate number and he kept telling me no.

I felt pressured into buying. Not sure if their product is good but I feel disappointed that I fell for this. He negotiated from $300 to $150 for the product. I was going to return the product a few hours later and it says ‘no refund’. How can that be? Don’t they stand behind their product? Someone should do a investigation about them.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I returned the product the next day unopened and they're refusing to issue a refund. The phone number on their receipt is for Complete Staffing Solutions? I called the main store Emily and asked to speak to the Manager. The guy said he wasn't the current Manager and he gave me a cell number in Georgia that just rings and goes to voicemail. I'm writing to the property owners because of this SCAM!

First I want to thank Ryan , the best person ever !!! Seccond , He introduced me his Spa and I got a device . This thing is a game changer !! All my lines , wrinkles and dark spots are now gone after 2 months of treatments with this guys !!! Thank you so much !!

Great product!! My skin feel amazing

I was stopped by one of the workers even when I tried to say no. I wish he would of respected my first response but that did not happen. I of course was alone and felt uncomfortable so I sat down. I then went through the selling process and I told him I didn’t have the money for the products as they are expensive and I don’t have money to spend. He negotiated and I caved because I was uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. I’m very upset

Do not use Emily products , they don’t have good quality products. Do not let them play you to get your money.

Do not buy from this store. They don’t know what they are doing, they are there trying to convince people to sale product. They do not have good products. My face was okay before I used their products now my face is terrible. Do not strust them on their facials. they don't care about anyone, they just want to take your money.

would give zero stars if I could. The employees are so annoying. Standing in front of the store yelling at people. Also walking into the middle of the mall to approach people. Do not take NO for an answer.

I would give it a zero if I could. The gentlemen (who claims he’s the manager) practically bullied my mother into buying $700 worth of product by telling her how awful her skin was and trying to diagnose her with rosacea. Nitpicking every single flaw in her skin, and my brother’s who happened to be with her. He has a huge ego and attitude problem and refuses returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
