Probably good that she’s out of business
She had a jacket for more than a year. I did not pester her once in that time. Then called to say she didn’t know what to do with it. Did I want to pick it up? I was astonished to learn it still hadn’t been fixed. She accused me of being argumentative when all I was was astonished that she had had it all that time and didn’t know what to do? Her excuse about family problems doesn’t wash when you have had 17 months to do something.
