I wish I could give 0 stars. This has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our wedding party with 8 people was asked for a $100 deposit per person and pay the rest when the suits came in. I had a feeling something would go wrong when the employee said he didn't need to measure us - he could just tell by looking. Lol. It took over 2 months to get the suits in and they were mismatched colors and sizes. When confronted about it the employee said they could guarantee that the new suits would come in the day before the wedding. Well that obviously wasn't going to work as we would have no time for alterations. When we asked for our deposits back they told us no as they didn't have the authority to do so. We then asked to speak to the owner (who should have that authority) but apparently he never comes around or has a working phone number. Moral of the story - if you're in the market for a new suit avoid this place and find a reputable company that knows how to treat their customers with respect.
