Sold me an item that does not work and no refund.
I needed an item and price was too high and so I was walking out the shop when another item was available 10 dollars cheaper. I noticed the person remove the price from the label on the new item after they had sold it to me however I needed the item and did not challenge original price. I then found the item not to be working and returned to the shop with my PC and item to prove that item was not working however Electronic World were not willing to provide refund although packaging was still as original. I was advised there should be a driver on the Internet however this was not the case and I am now in contact with the distributor. I wish I had read these comments before I attended Electronic World.
They will lie to you to sell you their products
They literally told me the product I was looking for didn’t exist in order to sell me something twenty times more expensive. I just wanted one of those cheap underwater film cameras to take on my cruise. They were so rude about it, giving me these looks like I was an idiot, and interrupting me every five words. Luckily the cruise ship was selling them. Thanks for NOTHING electronic depot
