Electro Wireless - Dallas, Texas 75237 - Southwest Center Mall

Terrible customer service. They replaced the LCD screen on my phone because my screen locked up. But, after they did it now my phone is permanently muted and I cannot hear calls unless I wear a BlueTooth device. I took it back within the supposedly 5-day warranty timeframe and they told me too bad I have the sound issues because all they did was replace the LCD screen. When I took my phone in for repair, I told them to fix 'whatever' was wrong with it. It wasn't my idea to replace the screen, it was theirs. I expected them to get my phone working properly. They are the repair company, and I expected them to figure out what I needed to get my phone fixed. The service guy told me apparently when my phone locked up that there were other issues they didn't know about other than the need to replace the screen. He said I may need to replace the entire motherboard. I told him I would have never paid to replace the LCD screen had I known the phone had other issues. This is the kicker.... I asked the manager how he would feel if this was his phone and he had brought it in and found out he wasted $180 on repairing one part of the phone but it didn't fix all the issues with the phone. His reply to me was that he would NEVER take his phone anywhere for repair other than sending it directly to Samsung! Wow. That says a lot about the trust he has for his own technicians, doesn't it?

They only get a star becuase I had to in order to sumbit my review. These people at this store are absolute cookrs, they sale fake products and try to pass them off for real ones. Don not I repeat do not take take your hard earned money to theses people, drive the extra miles to another store it will be worth it. Dont let these crooks rob you also!!!! They need to be shut down> Hopefully enough reports to the mall office and other outlets will help get the crooked low lifes out of Red Bird MAll!!!!
