NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! by ,
I stopped by this store because I needed an emergency outfit for my birthday event that evening. My first mistake was not trying on the outfit before I left the store. I needed to get to my nail appointment so I just brought the outfit on 9/21/2019 at 4:24 pm. Later on that night when its time for me to get dressed the zipper comes off. I ended up having to wear an outfit that I already had in my wardrobe. I called the store on 9/22/19 at 2:05 pm explaining what happened and that I just wanted to exchange it for something else. I was told by Claire that I would have to pay for it to get fixed somewhere because it was nothing they could do even though it has been less than 24HOURS since I purchased. Even after explaining to her she told me that if I had tried it on in the store than they could have done something but since I purchased and left there is nothing they can do. So I'm suppose to spend more money on an outfit that I just brought because YOUR store sold an outfit with a defective zipper? I WOULD ADVISE NO ONE TO PURCHASE HERE! That is NOT a way to keep customers or how to handle a situation concerning a purchase by a customer less than 24 hours with all tags still attached not even worn. Some of their items are like $100 so just keep that in mind if you don't like to try on items or are in a hurry because you will be out of your money. I am reaching out to corporate and reporting to the BBB . I wish I could post pictures to show that it wasn't worn or anything. Talk about a miserable birthday! thanks Edge! I'll be back- NOT!!!!
