Dude came through on Christmas Eve give the number of all asked him if he could come after business hours so I can purchase a little ATV for my four-year-old son you made my Christmas in my son's strongly recommend this place

I wouldn’ t recommend this place to anyone. On Friday 5/1/20, I put a $500 deposit down on a Blue Spider ATV(4-wheeler)for my son. On Monday 5/4/20, I paid the remaining of the balance in full which was $756.98. So, the total price of the ATV was $1256.98 which isn’t bad price to pay for your kids happiness. However, I didn’t pick up the ATV until the next day which was Tuesday 5/5/20 because I don’t own a pick up truck which I had to borrow from a family member. On Tuesday 5/5/20, my kids and I were able to pick up our BRAND NEW ATV/4-Wheeler that we purchased from Scott the Sales Guy/Manager at East Central Sports. Unfortunately, that very same day our ATV/4-Wheeler broke. The $1258.98 machine broke right in front of our eyes. We didn’t even enjoy our purchase for 24 hours before the piece of crap broke. Mind you, I paid $80.00 extra dollars to have it professionally assembled!!! So, there shouldn’t be any breaks or broken parts period on our brand new ATV. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. East Central Sports sold me a defective product (ATV/4-Wheeler) right out of their shop. The 1st thing that notice right away when we got our ATV home is that one of the front head lights didn’t work. So, I texted Scott(The Sales Guys/Manager) to let him know and said that he would take care of it “no problem”. Throughout, the day, I was texting Scott asking him a ton of questions because this was our first ATV/4-Wheeler purchase. Not even 2 hours later from getting our ATV home, it broke!!!! Smh OMG, I couldn’t even believe it. So, I called Scott but he didn’t answer. Next, I sent him a text. “Hey Scott this is Aaron, I just wanted to let you know that the shifter broke. So, I wanted to give you a heads up about this because I really feel like this shouldn’t be happening on a brand new ATV that was “professionally” put together by you guys. I’m starting to think that this was a bad purchase (sad face). I will be dropping the ATV/4-Wheeler off tomorrow so you guys can fix it or something. He finally responded and said that he can fix it because Mechanic guy will be coming in on Thursday so he will need our BRAND NEW 4-Wheeler for a few days.I was devastated my kids was devastated…That night, I had some time to think and ponder to myself. So, I decided to return the brand new ATV/4- wheeler because one of the headlight was already broken. Two, the shifter broke the same day that we brought it home and it was supposed to be professionally put together which I paid a $80.00 fee for!!!! So, upon returning the ATV/4-wheeler Scott the sales guy/manager was giving me a hard time and lot of pushback about my ATV returning my ATV or even exchanging it because he states that my info was already being processed with Minnesota DMV. Ever though it was purchased less then 24 hours. Smh, I was very unhappy that I spent $1258.98 just to have it break. He was very Adamant that it’s brand new and it could’ve been something that happened at the manufacturing company. “Mind you, I paid them $80.00 to professionally assemble It for me”. So, in my mind nothing should be wrong with it if it’s professionally put together. The gear shouldn’t break and both head lights should be working. So he wouldn’t return it nor would he give me a new one so I had to settle on a $300 restocking fee because he couldn’t give me a new one because he states that the four wheeler was a used Vehicle now that he can’t sell for full price. Even though, I brought it the day before. So, I had to pay the $300 restocking fee which I had no idea about upon returning it. I’m very disappointed with Scott and he’s central sports I wish we could’ve done business better I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because I shouldn’t have to get beat out of $300 because their product was defective upon me purchasing it from them. Especially if it was professionally put together, Which I paid for! Do not do business with these guys I highly recommend it!!!

Bought an atv from here. Very knowledgeable staff! Very helpful. A lot of inventory to choose from and riding gear!
