Shoddy product, unsatisfactory exchange/return policy
Having been a regular shopper, and lover of this store for many years, I have to say I will never shop there again. I purchased a backpack for my granddaughter, that on the very first use, ripped wide open top to bottom. She had discarded the tags. We took it back to the store to see what could be done if I could provide my credit card transaction record. A very nice young man went to check with the manager, and I found an identical bag on display, which also had a two inch rip in it. The manager came out, stated that "corporate has updated policy, and no returns or exchanges can be done without tags". Not only am I out fifty bucks, I have to find someplace else to shop for things that suit my personality and personal style. Too bad.
