Earrings World - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania PA 19154 - Philadelphia Mills

DO NOT SHOP HERE GO ELSEWHERE! I've bought many pieces of jewelry from Earing World, and I noticed that their jewelry is overpriced for the amount of times that they break on me. I've been in that store countless amounts of times just having to get their jewelry repaired. Today, I had one of their bracelets repaired because one of the five gems that makes the flower's pedals on the bracelet fell off. The jewels that make up the flower's petals are light grey/blue, but she used a dark grey jewel in replacement. She told me that she did not have any more of the jewels in the bracelet's old color, so I asked her if she can replace all of the other ones with the dark gray color so it can match. She said she ran out of the dark grey jewels as well, so then I asked if she could just replace all of them with the pink gems then. She said that she can not remove any of the gems off of the bracelet, because they are super glued on, and the only way she can repair the jewels is if the gems fall off themself.... After hearing that pile of lies, she said that they do not even sell that style of bracelet anymore. Truly and honestly, the bracelet looks so ugly with the pedal colors not matching, so I asked her if I could just have an even exchange. She refused to give me an exchange and she told me that "You just have to deal with it not being the same color". At that point, I was really upset with the terrible customer service I was receiving and I told her that she now just lost a loyal customer and that I will only be back when the jewelry I previously bought their broke again. She said, "Okay whatever goodbye." That was the only place that I would buy my jewelry from, but today I am so upset and completely repulsed by the manager's disrespect and HORRIBLE customer service towards me, so I will never buy anything from there again.
