Dressbarn - West Branch, Michigan 48661 - Outlets at West Branch

I love this store and the clothes. I love all the people who work at the West Branch, MI store, EXCEPT for the store manager. I was in the store on Monday afternoon, April 8, 2019 and I started suffering from pre-diabetic shakes. I also became very weak and I was sweating profusely. The manager chose that time to come up to me and ask if I was finding everything okay. I replied that I did not feel too good, that I thought I was having a diabetic episode of some kind and she simply WALKED AWAY from me. I would have offered the customer a place to sit, a glass of water or at least I would have asked if the customer was going to be okay. This manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but walk away from me. When she heard the word "diabetic", didn't it even occur to her that this scenario may have been a matter of life and death? What is wrong with her? This manager and I had a disagreement almost 2 years ago, but that is no excuse whatsoever for her conduct. What if I were suffering a diabetic seizure? Why when I said I didn't feel good didn't she spring into some type of action to help me? Something?? Anything??? I would never go back in this store if I didn't really like the clothes and other employees so much!! Her actions, or rather inactions, are not acceptable for someone in her position. Further, she knows I come in the store and spend a ton of money there. Her lack of compassion for another human being is just downright cruel!!!
