I went in to find Christmas presents for my son who loves anime. I do not know anything about it. I paid 65 dollars for a funko pop that I found on Amazon for 6 dollars because I did not know any better. They were not helpful in any way and only wanted to sell everything they could. They saw me coming and took advantage of that!

Walk in the store and automatically assume you will steal. Talk in their own language so you don’t understand and then they will literally FOLLOW YOU until you leave. Horrible store, not including the overpriced items, from funkos to keychains expect to use $30 on the cheapest thing. Trash store.

Stalked by employee and asked why something that was in the store infront cost $12 but here $34 answer: “my boss put the price tags if you cant afford not our problem”

Be cautious when buying any Figures from here, I wasn’t and paid double for a bootleg figure.

Unfortunately today when I took my son in for a mini shopping spree for his birthday, the older guy there was breathing down our necks. Plenty of other people in the store but he was following every move we made. I had to run my daughter to an appointment so I told my son keep shopping I'll be back to pay. He made my son so uncomfortable it didn't stop till we checked out. Disgusting behavior he's lucky my son wanted his things.

My son and I were looking at Pokemon plushies when the employee had come up to me and told me to "get out". He had accused my son of putting something in my purse from the store when it was just his wallet. I told him we were ready to check out and suddenly the $30 plush became $65 after it was rung up. NOT COMING BACK.

First time going and right when I walk in and look at the funko pops one of the reps walk up and said that’s ok, referring to stop touching them and when we walk away to glance around.he than began to follow us around the store. Very rude will never go back. I suggest to never stop by.

He sells bootlegs/low quality fakes. Maybe look around, but don't buy anything, especially any figures. I'm admittedly a sucker and bought a fake figure from him for only 30 dollars, and I didn't even realize it was fake because it was meant to be a bootleg of a lesser-known figure brand I don't know much about. Either way, the "no refunds, only exchanges" should be a red flag enough. The bootleg made great target practice at least.

Beware of purchasing figures here. Looked at nendoroids the other day and almost had a happy sort of heart attack when I was dazai and chuuya, but unfortunately they were fakes. No goodsmile logo, no product manufacturer sticker on the back, colors are oversaturated, the wrong faceplate is on the character. Its easy to tell. I can easily say half their stock is fakes… for 55$-60$ each. Yeah no. Maybe id do 25$ for an immaculate fake.

Seriously followed me and my friend throughout the WHOLE store! He was right behind us the whole time, it felt so awkward. Definitely thought we were going to steal stuff. Asked me if he could “help me” with the little arms crossed and head tilted like he thought he caught me stealing something. He will definitely loose business stalking people around the store thinking they are stealing.

Accused me of stealing some cheap made in China key chain. Don’t even speak English to understand my complaint. I told him it’s a great way to loose business. Me and a few others walked out after his little accusation.
