Dr. Martens - Irvine, California 92618 - Irvine Spectrum Center

I was shopping around the Spectrum Center today and decided to check out the Doc Marten's store there. I've only ever owned one pair of 1461's and honestly they're my favorite shoes of all time so naturally I wanted to replace them with a new pair. Jackie was out front letting customers inside, and right away made sure my shopping experience was safe because of Covid which I seriously appreciated. On top of that I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately showed me to a section of shoes to check out. Another person who helped me with sizing / styles was Oie. Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met, and they even recommended a different style of shoe that was very similar yet more comfortable than the 1461's (8053's). I work a lot, so I want my shoes to be not only stylish but also comfortable, so I opted to try on their recommendation. I immediately fell in love with the shoes and decided to purchase them right away. I love these shoes even more than my old 1461's and I have both Jackie and Oie to thank for that! I had a 10/10 shopping experience while I was there, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for providing a safe environment to shop in during a pandemic, I will definitely be a returning customer.
