Dr. Martens - Edison, New Jersey NJ 08837 - Menlo Park Mall

Just want to thank the manager at Menlo Park Mall who went above and beyond to help my son and I. The boots were given to my son as a present and we needed to exchange for a different size. He was very personable and informative about the care of the boot. Definitely an asset to your store!!!

To get proper service vs. Just buying them on the internet, I cam to the closest Dr. Martens store. I bought the new slim 2976 chelsea boots. I love the chelsea boots from them! But when I tried them at home they were too tight. I brought them back within a week, and they refuse to honor their return policy, even though they accept that the shoes were not worn outside, just tried at home. Manager Ray Brown is rude and refuses to help, hust saying "They are your shoes, do whatever you want". This is unacceptable from a brand that supposedly has a great customer service. I have 2 hideous paper weights for $140. Will escalate to US customer service to see if they are any better. Do NOT shop here! I bought Dr. Martens from shoes.com and could return them for free after trying them at home. This location is not representative of the good Dr. Martens brand and is tarnishing their reputation.
