Horrible car wash. STAY AWAY. You will waste your money on a mediocre car wash. I paid 80$ for a detail and wax. The wax wasn’t even fully taken off. There are streaks and dirty marks all over the car.

HORRIBLE!! Took my SUV here while I went to the mall. Explained exactly how I wanted it done. Completely wipe down interior, clean out trash, vacuum, wash and wax. They called me after 2 hours to pick up my car so I went saw my truck from a distance and it looked fine so I paid $120 and even tipped. After I got to my car I saw all my windows were so streaked up that I could barely see through them, opened thffe door and there was still some trash, my dash had some sort of residue on my touch screen, my cup holders and doors had not Been wiped out so I told the manager to come out to see how bad it looked. While he cleaned my windows I walked around the outside and there was still left over wax everywhere and bugs still all over the front of my truck. He said that since it was the end of the night the workers must have been too tired. I have used local car washes for my other cars and paid $30 for a 100% better job. After checking the windows I noticed deep scratches in my rear window and scratches on my car. He claimed they had to have been there but I have a 2020 new Escalade that I have only taken through touchless car washes or washed by hand and am very attentive to it and I know they were not. I had to help scrub my car down for an hour after I had already paid them to do it and yet he wouldn’t even offer me a refund because he said the job I paid for was done. I literally cried after seeing how my car was left. Don’t pay their ridiculous price for poor performance!! I guarantee your car will be cleaner if you just pay for a touchless car wash!
