Disney Store - Paramus, New Jersey 07652 - Westfield Garden State Plaza Shopping Centre

I was at the mall Saturday morning when there were numbers given out for special 90th anniversary Mickey Mouse keys. I am handicapped, and could not stand in line with over 40 customers in front of me. The cast member that gave me the number said I could return later in the day to get the key. When I came back later, I encountered the most discriminatory and hostile behavior from the store manager, Diana. When I asked about the key, she accused me of trying to get something for free (which I wasn’t). I told her that the cast member said I could come back later for the key because I could not stand on such a long line, and she said she didn’t care that I couldn’t stand on the line, all keys were gone. I told her behavior was discriminatory against handicapped people, and she proceeded to shoo me away with her hand like I was a dog. I asked for the Customer Service number and she gave it to me, then proceeded to chase me out of the store. In the process of limping away from her, I hit my leg into a display and it fell over. This was the most humiliating and embarrassing experience ever and it has traumatized me. I have been a loyal customer to Disney for years. When I called customer service, they refused to do right by me for this experience and said they would just conduct an investigation. Stay clear from this store.
