Dillard's - Houston, Texas 77024 - Memorial City Mall

I ma making a comment about a situation that just happen in Dillard's at Memorial Mall . I had Mr. Anastasia refuse my 5 year daughter to use the women bathroom when she was highly pressed and she had to urinate on herself. At the same time she refused my daughter to use the bathroom, he allowed a Spanish speaking female to enter the bathroom to use it. I have made a formal complaint to Amber M. and she said she will talk to Sabrina , the location Dillard's manager. While I was not happy with what happened to my daughter, I still bought clothing worth over $700.00 because I always shop at Dillard's for my family and mostly myself. The attitude Mr. Anastasia should me was very rude. He also refused another lady with a little baby as she was going in to change HER DAIPPER. I am sure she has also made a formal complaint to Sabrina. Customers should not have to be treated in that manner Anastasia is treating potential customers. While we respect this man's job of keeping the toilets clean, he has a very bad anger that is driving his customer attitude to the wall. Some sales employees told us that this kind of situation has been happening very often where this Anastasia is very rude to customers. Please, can the responsible Dillard's manager train Anastasia to be courteous, respectful and understanding to the customers? Thank you. James Maina.
