Dave & Buster's - Ontario, California CA 91764 - Ontario Mills

Me and my boyfriend came here to have a good time and play games as a couple. Everyone that has been to DB knows that when you see a white strip on the table that says STILL HERE means that the customer is still there. no as we walked in we asked the waiter and waitresses where the table is available and they pointed us to the white strips and said the tables that have the white strips mean that the customers are still there so we finally found a table who would that didn't have the White Strip we reserve that table we paid for our game card and bought food we ordered nachos one of the waitresses would still happen to be an African American female came to us and told us to reserve our table we have to give her a credit card which was no charge and she will like the Right strip on the paper that says them here and we can go play games and come back to our table so after we finish our food we said our bags down because we previously shopped at the Ontario Mills mall before we went into Dave and Buster's we said our bags down and went to go play a few games we got a little tired from playing game so we decided to go back to our table and take a rest. as we were approaching our table that still have the white strip that says still here and are bad still at the table we encountered a few lady sending their drinks down on our table so we kindly told the ladies that this was our table and that we were still here that stable still has the White Strip and our bags are still here you can clearly tell that all of the ladies had been drinking the whole night they were there they were all intoxicated so the intoxicated ladies pointed at us that the waitress who who took our card and wrote The White Strip is still there is the same waitress who gave them are table. so we started speaking to the waitress and told her why did you accept our card and white the lightstrip on the table if all you're going to do is give the table away the waitress acting like she had no knowledge of what was going on the ladies then pointed that they had another table but it was too small for them and that we should go check it out if we like it and we should switch table but something wasn't right about that so I told my boyfriend why don't you go look at the table that they want us to have and I'll stay right here with you lovely lady they thought that we were both walk away from the table and if we did that would indicate that we gave the table away so I stood there while he checked out the other table it did not take him long to come back as he returned he was highly upset in an uproar manner at this point I was ready for whatever he indicated to me that one of the ladies who was clearly intoxicated was mad at him because he did not want the table because it was next to a lot of people and we could barely fit on the table according to him he got loud with her and told him why is he trippin just take the table a few guys from another table who we had no idea who that was who was not in our business you had no idea what was going on decided to get in my boyfriend's face and tell him to respect intoxicated lady who was clearly disrespecting him first the fella was also intoxicated they then follow my boyfriend back to our table as if they wanted to fight him now there's about 20 people against to who were all intoxicated except for us we were not old enough to drink so we cannot buy alcoholic beverages. As the situation escalated security and police arrived at the scene we started explaining to him the situation and what was going on and how the waitress told us to give her our card and she will reserved our table which we did and she in fact wrote The White Strip that said still here and put it on the table the entire staff was very unprofessional and unorthodox they acted as they had no idea what was going on and how to handle the situation the security of Dave and Buster's then told us to leave because we were causing trouble which I did not understand because Dave and Buster's is supposed to be a family-oriented place and I don't understand why they serve alcoholic beverages when there's a bunch of kids around anyways altercations African-American waitress still has our credit card which then I told her to give the credit card back and there better be no charge on my credit card we got outside the intoxicated Stella's then also followed us outside trying to find my boyfriend so we were trying to fight them back the police then decided to put us in handcuffs and keep them out of handcuffs as they were circling around my boyfriend as if they were going to hit him off guard so I'm D told the police and guards that if any of them touch my boyfriend that would be all of their asses in court we've been asked to speak to the manager of Dave and Buster's so he can come out and refuse the situation the manager of Dave and Buster's refuse to come out and have anything to do with the situation he said inside in his office the whole time so we then ask for a refund for the game cars that we bought in the food that we purchased which then he denied that he was going to give us any return for anything and why we were sitting in handcuffs the guys are trying to fight my boyfriend and people are recording us this is the worst place to go I would not recommend it to anyone. Ontario Mills mall is a wonderful place but the David Busters located as that unit is the worst place and it's so unorthodox and not family-orientated at all the entire staff is unprofessional and I will be seeking to sue the entire Dave and Buster's.
