My family have been shopping at this location for a while, their customer services and attention it's well above other stores. I would always recommend them.
Covid-19 more like excuse-19 by ,
a day ago December 30th 2020 First impressions were great. We walked in and we were greeted quickly by a friendly employee unlike other jewelry stores in the same mall. Having gotten a price and time line from other jewlers for resizing my wife's engagement ring we were comparing other stores. Daniel's employees said we could have it by the next Wednesday (January 6th) the earliest and that Saturday the 9th at the latest. That was two full weeks sooner than any other place and Daniel's was only slightly more expensive. January 6th I called to see if it was ready which it was not they also said they couldn't guarantee it would be in on Saturday(9th). Saturday 9th 2021 2:30pm I called in to see if it was available for pick up. I told the lady on the phone we were assured it would be done by Saturday. She said the jeweler had not brought anything in today and that she would call them. She also said they would call when it came in. 9th 3:30pm my wife calls to see what's going on gets the same lady who says she will check and call her back. My wife says "I'll hold". Then a man comes on the line saying the jeweler is sick and it probably won't be done until Wednesday the 13th. So my wife asks when she can pick up her ring we will just take it somewhere else. The guy says he will just tell the jeweler not to resize it but we still can't get it until the 12-13 because the jewelers wife has covid!? My wife asked when they found out and the man said "Friday and your not the only one we have 10 other clients waiting on their stuff" This is where customer service kicks in. If you knew a day before people are expecting their stuff back that they can not get it you inform them you don't wait for them to come asking and give them a story that keeps changing. This right here is where I say bull shit everybody is using covid as an excuse to raise prices, take longer than agreed upon and just not do their job in general. Why didn't they tell me the jeweler or his wife were sick when I called instead of "its not here yet" why did the story change from the jeweler being sick to it being his wife has covid that's how you catch children lying they can't keep the story straight. After 9 days they haven't even started on it yet. I hope I don't have to file a theft report just to get my wife's engagement ring back. You would think if anything a jewelry store would know something about customer service.
