BEWARE: I never leave bad reviews but after spending as much money as I did here Daniel's deserves it. We bought two rings. Buy one get one for a penny deal. First they tried to charge me way more than the listing price and I came back the same day and made them lower it or I was gonna return everything. Of course they lowered it. The second ring we got they told us was 1000 dollars then after looking in their catalog I saw it was actually 500 dollars. IF YOU DO PURCHASE HERE CHECK THE PRICES IN THE CATALOG. then the second ring they said wouldn't be in for 2 weeks. 2 weeks later we come in to check to see if it's in they said the second one wasnt but the first one was (it had been broken when I got it so I put in a request for a new one to switch it with) so I got my first one and the second one they said would be no more than another 2 weeks there was a delay. We call every day to check and nobody knows what or when the ring will show up. They promise a call back and then never return the call. Today is the 2nd 2 week mark. A month after we have bought it. They tell me *can you guess* oh it will be another 2 weeks (keep in mind they are just transferring this from one store to a other and the other store is in phoenix) I told them that's what they have told me the past two times. THE MANAGER of the store says well idk what to tell you we will call you when it comes in. I told her she didnt call me when mine was in and the only reason I knew it was , was because we came in and checked she said yes we did we call all our customers. So what I'm lying?? I told her I would pull up my call history right there and prove her wrong. I had to tell them I deserve an ETA or for you to figure out where it's at before they picked up a phone to even try to figure it out and the other store had no clue also. This business is a crap show. 67 years? Really. You would think a place in business this long would have some integrity or respect for their customers. They are liars. They are rude. Never again will I bring my business here. They have an F on BBB and I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH. What a joke. It's been over a month since I've bought this and still havent gotten it, or an actual estimated time of when I will get it.
