Earlier today I ordered a triple berry Julius. It was the 4th time I had the manager serve me, AND the 4th time she did it wrong too. I know it's only a drink and usually I wouldn't kick up a fuss (I never said ANYTHING the previous times) but it was done way out of ratio with ALOT of juice and my husband who is diabetic almost went into shock. It's lucky i went straight home after buying as he had to take an emergency shot. If we were far from home, no doubt I would have had to call 911. I KNOW the drink has sugar but it's supposed to be very light (I've ordered it a dozen times at different locations) and the combination with fruit actually balances out his blood sugar which is the reason I regularly buy it for him. I go here about 4 times a week- not anymore now obviously. Anyway, I called the manager to complain and was pretty shocked by her response. She basically said 'well I'm sorry your husband is diabetic but I should have been told!' Why? So she would make it correctly like she's supposed to do?? She also said that she does the mix correctly and everyone else is wrong.. so all employees at her location plus everyone at all other locations have been making it wrong this whole time? Yeah ok. Delusional. All I wanted was a simple apology and for her to be aware so it wouldn't happen again. She begrudgingly offered me another drink but I don't want any freebies especially from someone who can't do their job right. She was so rude shouting over me and putting the blame on me. She also gives me a hard time asking for my ID each time I've been there. This isn't their policy and it's none of her business either. Not only is my husband diabetic, but he's suffering from stage 2 stomach cancer. This drink usually really helps soothe his pain but because of her not being bothered to make it properly, his sugars have been out of whack and I'm terrified it's going to send his cancer cells over the edge (stress affects it). If you go to this location, DO NOT let her make your drink, she'll mess it up big time. It's the woman called Robin, in her 50s with dark hair
