I came to get eye lashes done, the place was empty. I was then walked down to another location and told I had to wait because 3 people was ahead of me, the lady then asked how much I paid I told her she stated she didn’t want to do my lashes. After about 20 mins of bosses talking to each other I was told ok she will do your lashes. Ohhh no the hell she won’t. There is no possible way you tell me you don’t want to do them, now you’re made to do them. You aren’t allowed to touch me face‼️

I made my eyebrows in that place a Peruvian lady who inspired me with confidence, I treated two different horrible eyebrows and not the color I requested, do not fall into her hands.

Bad customer service

Terrible experience, the worst place in Miami. They will stole your money. They damage my lashes and they didn’t finish the work. Natalia terrible and nasty person, she doesn’t use gloves or mask. The place super dirty, take a look of the front desk, really gross. Everything it’s nasty. I will send a City supervisor to take a look of this place

This place has to be the worst. Had Microblading done on my eyebrows left looking like a parakeet. Cried for days. Please stay away from this place especially from Jessica!!!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I came here to get lash extensions, and I bought a $270 lash membership that covered the full set plus some refills. I only was ever able to get the full set and one refill, and even that was a hassle. Every time I went, I had an appointment. However, they would always be working on other clients during my appointment time and would tell me to "take a walk around the mall" and that they would call me when they were done. It always took hours for them to get back to me (if they ever did), and most of the time I was left waiting without a single call. The one time that I was able to get a refill, the "professional" tech removed my older lashes by RIPPING THEM OUT OF MY EYES, WITH MY REAL LASHES STILL ATTACHED. After, when she went to apply the extensions, she said she couldn't put as many as I would have liked because "I barely had any lashes." NO KIDDING! I has lashes before I went in there and got them ripped out! They have the glue dissolving liquid, but I guess she was too stupid to know this or too lazy to bother and get it. Either way, extremely unqualified and unprofessional. The second time I went in for a refill, they told me to come back in an hour because they were yet again working on another client during my appointment time. When I came back, they told me they did not have the lashes I needed and that I would have to go in the following week. I had literally made my appointment in the store THE DAY BEFORE and was assured that the lashes would be there, considering I had seen them THE DAY BEFORE. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that the lashes weren't there as soon as I came in for the appointment. They made me wait and come back in an hour, and they told me when I came back! This was the last straw for me and I promptly asked for a refund. This is hands down the most unprofessional, lazy, unqualified, and frustrating establishment I have ever been to. If you value your time and your existing lashes, DON'T COME HERE!

I sat in the kiosk and sampled several products from the demo selection , and decided to purchase several. remained seated in the demo chair while my credit card was processed . The saleswoman The woman located the products in boxes from under the counter and processed the payment while I was still seated in the demo chair . I opened the bag and immediateluy noticed that the packages had obviously been opened / The mascara was loose in the bag and had makeup smears on its side, and the creme foundation compact had brush strokes from being used / I asked for an unopened foundation and a packaged mascara and eyeliner , as ALL legtimate makeup counters provide. The foundation compact was replaced but I was told that the eyeliner and mascara were not sold in packages / I was not comfortable purchasing items for my eyes that had signs of use and were not sealed , but despite the fact that I had not moved an inch from the demonstration chair in the kiosk, I was told that products were not able to be returned / I have NEVER experienced this with ANY makeup retailer /
