BEWARE!!! Customer Service is nonexistent. Upon telling the staff and They are overpriced and you don't get what you pay for. I don't mind paying for "quality". But that is not at all what I received. I told them that I was not satisfied with my product they completely ignored me and continued to fold the shirts up and gave them to me. I requested my money back or redo the shirt the did neither. They have no return or store policy posted anywhere on my receipt or store! They kept saying its custom made, "EVERYTHING IN THE STORE IS"!!! How does NorthRiverside allow them to do this kind of business in the mall.. The store is not filled with perfect t-shirt makers. My shirts are horrible, they don't have a policy on my receipt or anywhere in the store. This place is bad business!!! I have filed complaints on this store at the mall and better business bureau, and was totally not surprised to see that someone else had a horrible experience also. They don't deserve any stars, however Google won't allow me to post unless I click on a star..I will complain every single day until I get my money back..
