Custom Clothing & Tees - Douglasville, Georgia 30135 - Arbor Place

I went to the mall because I needed to purchase my daughter a HBCU shirt for her school black history celebration week. I saw that this kiosk made custom shirts. I explained what I needed and that I was pressed for time because I needed to pick up my daughter. I was ensured it will only take 3 minutes. I had to pay before he started on my order. I walked over to Old Navy to burn the 3 minutes that he told me it would take but ended up burning well over 3 minutes. I returned back to the kiosk to find out that he did not start on my order but was printing and completing other orders. He informed that the system is updating. But at the same time he was still printing and completing other orders. How ironic! I informed him that I will have to leave and will need a refund, and he replied to me rudely asking do I want to wait or get a refund. I ended up leaving but my mom and son stayed to wait for the shirt that was only supposed to take 3 minutes. While my mom was waiting, she asked him for an update of when the shirt will be ready and he said to my mom, “didn’t you hear what I told her.” My mom replied “you said it will only take 3 minutes.” Then it pointed his finger in another direction opposite of the kiosk and told my mom “go stand over there!” Had I known he spoke to my mom in this manner, I would have never purchased the shirt. After not giving me a receipt, my mom asked him if he can give her a receipt to give to me and he had an attitude about that. Once I received the email receipt, the price he quoted me was not the price he charged me on the receipt. That worse part about all of this is my son was there to witness this horrific experience. I will NEVER give him or this company my business again. Arbor Place Mall (second floor by Dillards) I wish I can give him 0 stars!
