i would give negative stars if i could. We purchased a phone case, a pop socket abd a suction cup to dash magnetic phone holder from Jeffrey at clackamas Town center only to realize after walking away that not only was the purchase total $105 the items he rang up on the receipt were not even what we purchased. The receipt showed only a $45 adapter which we didn't purchase and a $60 lifetime warranty charge. The receipt does not even have the actual items we purchased and $105 are you serious for a phone case and pop socket and dash holder. $60 would be reasonable but I don't evrn know what our total should have been since they arent even on the receipt. Filed a dispute/fraud with my bank this is unacceptable business practice.

I ended up buying a very expensive phone case from Jeffery at Custom Cellular kiosk at the Clackamas town centre. here is my experience with him - First visit to the kiosk - no one was there. Waited for a bit then he showed up and said he went to lunch. He did not have the design i wanted for my phone so told me to get my 2nd choice and he will place order on the first one and i can exchange it. Even wrote it down on the receipt and gave me his business card - 2nd visit - he is not at the kiosk - he for about the whole deal, i had to remind him and he then recalled and said - weather was bad so shipment did not arrive and told me to come back - 3rd visit - he wasn't there for almost an hour. I was so determined to get the case i wanted so i stuck around at the mall. Few families came by and left. I came back and he still wasn't there. there was a man sitting on the chair at the kiosk ad i asked him if he worked there too and he said no he just got tired of waiting. And that he called the guy 45 minutes ago and was Jeffery told him he would be there in 20 minutes. I called him twice as well and got his voicemail. As i decided to leave he showed up - again i had to remind him about the exchange and showed him the receipt. Again shipment did not come in time and asked me to come back - I like to give people benefit of the doubt and i know for sure at this point this guy lied to me just to sell me a phone case i did not want. I only got that case because of his promise to exchange it and i had just bought a new phone and did not want to take a chance. Need to get a hold of his manager and either get the product i want or my money back
