My husband and I had a very devastating experience. Willing to support local businesses, we contacted Crown Jewelry to have a simple watch band repair .
Not only we did not get good quality service ( the pin fell off causing additional damage to the watch that also fell) , we fully paid for the first and second watch repair and now we cannot pick up the watch because we misplaced the receipt . The owner is rude . Very disappointing !
