Excellent store and very Professional Staff!

This review is for the store on Philadelphia Rd at Golden Ring Mall. Manager claims his name is "Brian Lim". Who knows. Don't trust them. I've been with them 1 month, it's unbelievable the amount of trouble I've had with these people. Didn't have a hotspot in the store, "we'll have it here tomorrow morning you can come 11am it'll be here by 10." The following day nobody knew anything about it. " Oh I'm sorry, that shouldn't have happened. I'll get it and call you back. ". I was told that 4 times. That woman never called back. When you ask a question or try to talk to her, it's " umm, uhh yeah, uh I don't know, umm I'll find out. ". Then never gets the answer. Brings her kids to work, who are fighting in the back room, "oh excuse me I gotta take care of this." Goes to yell at the kids. " Umm what were we um uhh talking about?" I asked about hidden extra fees. "Oh umm, there are no extra fees for anything". When I bought the hotspot, it very quickly went from $100 to $180. For which they couldn't give me a receipt. "Oh um I can't give you a receipt because our printer doesn't work. You'll have to go online to get it. " System came with no paperwork no receipt just a box and a piece of scrap notebook paper, she scribbled down a bunch of numbers on. This month I went to pay the bill on the 29th my due date. The manager says $44. No it's $35. "No you have to pay $5 to reauthorize the unit. Well I'm not stupid, 35 from 44 is 9, he has yet to say THEY CHARGE YOU $4 FOR PAYING YOUR BILL IN THE STORE. Customer service told me that. Oh it states the rules in the original agreement paperwork. I NEVER GOT ANY PAPERWORK. , And guess what? They still don't have a working printer. And it won't do you any good to complain to customer service. Because the person you try to understand with the heavy Spanish accent in customer service, is just as ignorant as the people in the store. I can't afford to waste $180 on a hotspot I can't use, you have to stay for 6 months. When the 6 months are up I'll be selling it and going to someone else. SOMEONE WHO TELLS YOU THE TRUTH. AND WON'T HIDE BEHIND EXCUSES. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT'S NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION !!!
