Stating that you are harassing and scaring their degenerate unprofessional "Customer Support Staff." Then if you decide to take your claims online to BBB or Google Review they will spin up some nonsense false accusations about how "violent" you were towards their degenerate unprofessional staff!

My grandson went for a full exam due to a cracked tooth, staff is awesome and very friendly

ripped me off for $500.00. went to all appointmets as scheduled. Got a call the dentist would not be there and I needed to call them to reschedule to get fit for a partial denture. When I called, I was told I had been releed as a patient because I had missed 3 appointments, which was a bold faced lie. I asked for a refund of money I had paid they stated that money was for pulling 3 teeth that was not covered by insurance. ins. EOB shows INS paid

I have had a horrible experience all around with everybody in this office! I went in for a night guard in December of 2020. They lost the imprint. Went in again for them to make a new one in February of 2021. They lost it again. I scheduled another appointment in July of 2021 and decided I’m not going back and need a refund. The office manager lied and said that they saw me on camera, picking up the night guard. I was scammed out of 250.

This place should be closed down if I could give them a review of-00 I would from the rude nazi head clerk to the x-ray that did not work to the so called Dr. that pulled the worng tooth and will not make it right and the false percdure that is not required and is not covered by my ins. Liers that cost me out of pocket 125.00 thay truly suck and I wish I read the reviews first . now I'm here with a broken tooth and exposed nirve .you think you wo

I have never experien anything like this before, these people are very unprofessional, rude. I had three appointments with them, I never made it with any of my appointments. The first two appointment were canceled at me Bc one of their stuff got infected by covid, on my third appointment I wasn’t notified that the dental clinic was closed for that day, they still had me down for that day. How dumb and stupid are they.

What's calling to get basic directions on where they are inside the mall. Got put on hold the 1st time for over 28 minutes. And then I try calling back just to find out where their at and kept getting hung up on. I went to try calling back after that they Forwarded my calls. All I wanted to know is where there located at.

The staff is amazing and all, but the way the prices and clean-ups are organized I don’t recommend at all....literally! I hope they can improve I expected a easier experience

I went in on a Saturday for my scheduled appointment. I was early and brought xrays with me. I waited for over an hour for the doctor to look at me and say I needed a $75 cleaning she looked over my xrays and said I only needed 1 filling and 1 root canal. She didnt even notice I had a tooth pulled since the xrays were done until I told her. I asked if they could get the cleaning authorized under my insurance. They said yes and 2 months later, I am still waiting to here from them. What a joke!

I made a appointment,I got called and a voicemail saying my appointment was on a Wednesday when it was on Thursday.I went in Thursday I was late didn’t think it was a big deal since the lady didn’t tell me if I was late I wouldn’t be seen .She told me they couldn’t see me .Im a diabetic my tooth is infected.I wouldn’t recommend this place at all .
