Make sure you count your change AND make sure you get an ITEMIZED receipt when you shop here. Handing someone their change all rolled up in the receipt is now a red flag to me. I was short changed $6. 2nd time, purchased 2 items totaling less than $60 with tax, but was charged $65.33. They did not provide an itemized receipt so we could see exactly what we were charged for. $5 or $6 on each customer...good little side gig there!!!

I spent almost $400 for my Granddaughter who was visiting from out of state. Their clothes all run differently and are not true to size therefore since we bought them for her as presents there were multiple outfits that needed exchanging. There were 2 items that the tag had been pulled off by the 2 year old as they were being tried on but were presented at the time of exchange plus the full receipt purchased 2 days prior. The "Manager", Lauren refused to do anything to help, no exchange no anything and kept quoting "Store Policy"! Then to top it off she asked if it was "ok" if she kept the original receipt that had everything purchased and without another word grabbed it to keep. I like to keep my receipts for purchases like this especially for children, so since I was outside with my Granddaughter and found this out I came to ask for the original receipt. Again, Lauren absolutely REFUSED to give me back the original receipt AGAIN stating "Store policy "!! I then asked for the Manager and she stated it was herself and this is the way we do it! I told Lauren that if she looked into our rewards account we have spent in excess of $2000 in the last 4 months at this newly opened store and she just lost our business, with her reaction as oh well!! My guess is that this business will be OUT of business by years end do to the HORRIBLE customer service or lack there of! Beware.
