The Nightmare during Daytime by ,
As previously stated I was charged for food items I didn't purchase. Luke was the first to hear the problem. He then sent Rick who came carrying a broom. He sat down to listen and we moved into the actual warehouse where he approached Steve . Steve claimed to be to busy but took a moment to find out the problem. I presented my banking screenshot showing that the money had been removed from my account as they both told me it could be pending. I received suggestions about how to handle this situation from call your bank, dispute the charge. At one point Rick tried to convince me I had an account at chase . Seriously told me I showed him a chase card. Then the operations manage stepped in saying would check receipts from the 17th. Waited for about 15 minutes when she came out and asked me what had transpired the day before. I repeated the story to her . She left and came back 5 minutes later with a blonde woman holding a piece of paper. She said she was lost prevention and that they had ran the tape from the 17th to verify what had happened. Here's the LIE they told . According to them I paid for my meal and the guy who did the random act of kindness. So According to them I was only entitled to $11.45 as a refund. However I did see the printout and my meal was the 1st transaction, but it should have been the last. They resolve this problem by showing me the receipt of someone else and swearing that it was mine. Blondie from Lost Prevention refused to identify herself with a name . Silly woman that was the catalyst that made me suspicious of all following conversation and actions. Yes I took my $11.45 and left with a receipt for it , but fear not I shall never return .
Unnecessary Charges by ,
Yesterday December 17th , 2019 I stopped there for lunch. I have passed several times and there are always people sitting at the tables eating so I decided why not. the line moved relatively fast and when it was my turn I order a slice of pepperoni pizza $1.99, a strawberry yogurt $1.65 and a drink .59. I used my credit card - problem one - they don't accept MasterCard only Visa . I changed cards and was required to enter my pin #. First time Riley the cashier said it didn't take and to do it again. While I did it the 2nd time received a message that the service had timed out and needed to redo it. Thinking nothing wrong I did it again - this time was told by Riley still not taking,. I replied this is way to difficult to get a meal so I don't want anything. The man next to me heard the conversation and said money is money should not matter the card. As i did believe my card was charged I asked him to place his order to see what came out as my receipt was still in the terminal. As a random act of kindness he offered to buy my lunch along with his order. A very long receipt came up that should have been given to me , but Riley ran his fingernail through it as a void. Later when I has access to my account I found that I had been Charged $16.04 for food that I never bought. Tried to call but only one number for Spectrum Mall and none for Costco. Going today with my screenshot and hopefully get my money returned. I have given them a 2 star review because I enjoyed the meal. Will post the results of this incident later.
