Cole Haan - Katy, Texas TX 77494 - Katy Mills

I received some shoes as a Christmas gift and returned them for another color in store. Well they did not have my size in the color I wanted so they order the shoes for me on 12/29. The shoes shipped on 1/2. Well it's 1/20 and guess what I do not have my shoes. I called the store on 1/18 to see what I needed to do. The manager took my information and said someone would be in contact with me later that day once the other manager came in. I called the store back around 5pm the same day. The same manager told me the store was too busy during the day for anyone to to put my claim in with UPS that's why it wasn't done. Well, I came to the store on 1/19 and guess what some with another manager and that was his first time hearing of my issues because the other manager never mentioned it to anyone. But yet the one I spoke with on the phone was standing around with all of the store associates when I walked in talking. Now if the entire team can stand around talking than someone could have put my claim in for me. Well we spoke with her manager and she was VERY rude to us on the phone and said there's nothing she could do. She even went to say we didn't buy the shoes from the store. I'm like really! So of course we left with nothing solved. On today 1/20 another manager calls be back stating he put in a claim and I would have to wait 10 days to here back from them. So basically I don't know when I will get my shoes or money back. The crazy part is that I don't even want my money I just want the shoes that I ordered. The mangers SUCK at Katy Mills Cole Haan and their customer services SUCKs too!
