Cole Haan Outlet - Milpitas, California CA 95035 - Great Mall

I had a terrible customer service experience at this place. Went into the store, do a simple return, had the receipt and shoes was bought exactly a day before. Very arrogant female associate (she was claiming that she was the manager) accused me of trying to return worn shoes. The laces were still tied the exact way as they are when they come from the Factory. The shoes were never taken out the box at my residence and there was no dirt on the shoes, but the bottom of the shoes was little darker. Eventhough i told her I purchased them that way.She was giving me an attitude, mumbling rudely and shaking her head, as if she owns the store. Instead of processing my refund and letting me go, she purposely started cleaning bottom of the shoes with a liquid, and i had to wait almost half an hour until she was finished. At the end i got my refund ,but she really made me feel bad as a customer. i already called Cole Haan's Customer service and made a complain about her. I was told that my e-mail was forwarded to Store, and District Manager and they will contact with me soon. I don't know what they are going to come up with, but i will not let it go.
