I had been eyeing a bag for awhile now and wanted to see it in store. Myself nor my sister were greeted or even acknowledged. The customers who came in afterwards were though. They were complimented on their outfits and how could they help them. But we didn’t get a welcoming nor if we could be helped. I figured it was probably our outfits that’s why we weren’t greeted but I still was ready and whiling to buy the bag

The return policy is insane, so much has happened and is continuing to happen in the world and in individual lives as a result of COVID-19. I tried to return a purse I bought in January online. I found out a lump had returned in my left breast. I spent January and February recovering. Now it's March and COVID-19 hits. I had plans on replacing the purse the one I bought was too small. I was told it was too late to replace the purse and to receive a store credit. Never was I asked why the late return not that it mattered. When I tried in March there was no openings. I could have mailed it back however, I wanted to return it and purchase something in the store. In light of what's going on with a receipt and never having used the product the return policy should be extended. With Dooney, I can use the purse for years, return it for a new one with an additional fee. Coach, I am disappointed.
