Coach - Cerritos, California 90703 - Los Cerritos Center

I walked in to ask about a dinosaur keyring/charm my daughter wanted for her purse. I told the girl I had just purchased a Coach purse at Nordstrom. She told me that if I would have bought the purse through them, it would have come with a one year warranty because she would have put my information in "the system." She told me my purse didn't have the warranty because I didn't purchase it there. I told her, "yes it does." She repeated, "no, it doesn't" while walking away saying something under her breath. I will never buy a purse at that store. Just so you all know, I could have showed her my receipt and purse and she would have had to put in "the system." I was too angry to do all that so I walked out after I thanked her for her help.
