Coach Outlet - West Palm Beach, Florida 33401 - Tanger Palm Beach Outlets

I went in yesterday as I had purchased a Coach backpack in March 08,2022 and the zipper was faulty, I did not ask for a refund I supposedly we have a 1-year warranty on purchases and the manager and the young lady at counter both were acting like I had requested a refund handling my backpack as though I had done something to it when I was not able to zip my backpack. The manager was very unprofessional and had no desire to deal with me directly

Drove from Miami to West Palm to visit the Coach outlet. Upon entering the store, greeted by a Rude employee who stated ‘you can’t come in now, there is a line outside’ My sister and I look behind us and there is no line, just two black ropes. We reapproach the store and tell the long haired brunette white woman there is no line. She states there it is pointing to the ropes, you have to stand there until some people leave. There were approximately 15 persons in the store. We stood in line and were “allowed” in approximately 4 minutes later. I understand there is a pandemic called COvID-19 occurring. There is also a pandemic of stupidity occurring during these times. I looked around the store and refused to purchase anything on that visit as I had been treated so poorly by the help. I have shopped Coach since 1983. I would hate to fall out with a brand because they hire poorly trained customer service persons. Please be aware of this Elvira looking person. She will ‘try’ to damper your Christmas spirit.
