I have been in this store many times. The staff adheres to Covid protocols and has the same expectations for customers. The sales staff is always helpful and the store displays are well thought out and professional. A great shopping experience at this store!

I had gone in to shop and had a mask on that was below my nose due to difficulty breathing, I had 3 associates come up to me face to face (what about the 6 feet of social distancing) within just a few inches. The first one asked me to cover my nose so I did and then the next two got in my face as well even after I complied. (Supposedly trying to help me find what I was looking for) Again why so close to my face??? The most rude and overbearing experience I’ve ever had shopping!

I went into the store today to exchange hers and Angela the manager was a capital B*** to me. when I tried to talk to another associate she got in the middle of our conversation and would not stop talking and getting very rude with me. I told her numerous times that I did not want to talk to her anymore because she’s so rude. The only purse I carry is a coach but not anymore after the way I was treated.
