Claire's - Snellville, Georgia 30078 - The Shoppes at Webb Gin (Avenue Webb Gin)

Don’t go there expecting them to be open. They are never open during normal business hours. They need new management asap.

I was at Webb Ginn's location with my daughter for her birthday. The Claire store was nasty. The floors were filthy and there was a terrible smell in the store. The manager(white Caucasian) and two African American employees appeared to be okay working in the filth and there was no apology to my daughter and I, the customers. Now, I understand why we were the only customers in the store. I was totally shocked that the manager and the employees were okay with the terrible appearance of the store. Most managers and employees show "great" Pride in where they work. At least , if they enjoy their job. The corporate office need to consider hiring new management and new employees who enjoy their job and want "Claire" to be a store to "shine". If this cannot happen, Corporate need to shut the store down. It is a mess, it's nasty, and a total disgrace to The Shoppes at Webb Gin.

Worst customer service & cheap products. Workers are a pathetic joke including whoever is the manager. Do not shop here or bring your child to get there ears pierced, I guarantee the employees there will mess them up.
