its only been 2 weeks since my daughter had her ears pierced,my daughter was in the emergency room with the earring embedded in her ear lobe and it had to be surgically removed contacting the store which was located at the liberty place on 16th chestnut and the assistant manager said to me so what do you want me to do!!!!!!! she showed no compassion and concerned in reference to my daughter's health . The physician told me that if i was properly informed about the sizing of the earrings depending on the ear lobe. The earring that was placed on her was to small causing it to get embedded i called corporate and was told that i can get a refund but this was not what i was worried about.Everything is not about money its about having the proper training as there are children that goes to these Places to get their ears pierced.
